These high density polythene insulators allow easy insertion of carrier pipelines into casing sleeves that pass unders roads, railways and rivers. Once inserted, the insulators will support the carrier pipe centrally inside the casing sleeve and prevent it from moving if grouting is taking place.

There are a vast range of HDPE and fabricated steel insulators available to suit any configuration of pipes. Manufactured in Germany by D S I GmbH, these insulators are readily available from our base in Letchworth.

In order to maintain total electrical isolation for cathodic protection purposes, we now have a new range of GKO insulators which do not have metallic fixings. These will suit pipe o/d's from 150mm to 2550mm.
